Ceiba Solutions Process Industries Overview

Ceiba Solutions Inc., is a global software development and IT services company, helping our customers around the world streamline and extend business processes through software development, application integration, and managed application services.

The company has a long history of achievements among manufacturers in the process industries. These include plant operations, inventory management, lot traceability, finance and accounting, and supply-chain execution. Our consultants, software developers and technologists have years of experience in the process industries, with many of them coming from positions in chemical, food processing, metals, pharmaceutical and life science companies.

We specialize in solving problems related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and work with one of the few “designed-for-process” applications, CDC Software’s Ross ERP software, which some members of Ceiba helped develop in the 1980’s. The Ceiba Solutions Process Industries Team has successfully delivered over 300 projects for customers using Ross ERP.

Ceiba is also an integration consulting and services partner for IFS North America, a leading ERP software company. We support IFS on application integration projects using the Ceiba Data Integrator, a middleware product that quickly and reliably maps multiple applications into a single, synchronized business process.

What distinguishes Ceiba in its approach to the business is its collaborative methodology with customers, called Agile. We define and deliver software solutions that conform to the way people and businesses actually operate. Customers save time and money by using the Ceiba Agile Methodology, our middleware technology, and Ceiba’s cost-effective managed application services to enable incremental improvements to business operations while preserving what already works.

With our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts and development team in New Zealand, we have a track record of success with some process manufacturing companies across the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
