Use Case Example
A midsized manufacturer of confectionary products purchased Salesforce.com to improve its control of the business. It was imperative that this new CRM solutions be integrated with its legacy business system, a commercial ERP application.
Ceiba Solutions offered to provide the application integration using its Ceiba Data Integrator, a “middleware” tool that handles all aspects of transaction and data inte
gration. The customer, however, needed this to operate as a “hosted” solution, where the integration and the CRM application are installed in a remote environment maintained by Ceiba Solutions.
The project was successfully completed using the Ceiba Agile Methodology, an ongoing collaborative process that insures a smooth transition to innovative improvements to the business.
