Chemical Supplier Gains Efficiency from ERP Technology Transformation
Flowserve, the recognized world leader in supplying pumps, valves, seals automation and services to the power, oil, gas, chemical and other industries, contracted Ceiba Solutions to transfer their Ross ERP software from old and unsupported technology to Microsoft Windows and the SQL Server Database, running on Linux.
The Ceiba team provided demonstrated experience, including the ability to point out certain challenges before beginning, so customers can anticipate the impact on their business. In some cases, this type of technology transformation is often timed with an upgrade to a newer version of the Ross ERP software. As part of the project, Ceiba provides:

This Flowserve project involved 50 users, 20 of which were continuous, and all were burdened with poor response times from the system. In a short period of time, with no interruption of people in the operation, the technology transformation was completed and response times were dramatically improved.
