Ceiba Solutions is a global software development and IT services company that brings affordable options for solving mission-critical business problems related with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. We are experts in process manufacturing, where products are derived through recipes and formulation, product characteristics are critical to inventory control, operations run continuously, and supply-chain management is key to a successful business.
We recognize that unique characteristics of process industry customers are often their competitive advantage, and Ceiba delivers solutions that conform exactly to the way the business operates. Our goal is to help these customers build new business processes while preserving what already works.
Our Ceiba Process Industry Team consists of expert people with hands-on experience as process manufacturing practitioners. We offer a unique “Agile” approach to helping ERP customers modernize their applications, of which many are multiple versions behind the latest release, or are heavily customized.
On the information technology side we apply open standards to application integration and composite software development. We also offer remote managed services for applications as well as integration, a cost-effective way to make improvements without making large capital investments. Ceiba Managed Services creates a single point of incident capture and resolution.

We provide remote support for applications through a low-cost, managed service. In addition, applications we develop can be implemented using a hosted application service (SaaS) approach, a solution for reducing complexity and demands on internal resources.
