Angela Bland, Senior Technical Analyst
Angela, a Senior Technical Analyst on Ceiba’s Operations team, has over 12 years experience in project planning, business and systems analysis, as well as in the development and implementation of applications for communications, finance, distribution and manufacturing systems. Her experience includes software customization, database administration for Oracle and SQL Server, as well as technical support for computing hardware and networks.
Angela’s business expertise covers project management, team management, technical implementations, disaster recovery analysis, software design and development and customer needs analysis. She was instrumental in the manufacturing and distribution implementation project for White Rain Company, and the complete network, and communications system implementation for Davel Communications, which included a migration of Oracle databases to both SQL Server and Sybase databases. While at Diamond Products she provided database and back-up systems administration, network support, and was administrator for Ross ERP. She successfully developed customization for Ross modules using Visual Basic and .NET.
Angela has a B.S. degree in Information Technology from Florida Metropolitan University and a Masters degree in Management of Information Technology from Belford University. She lives in the Brandon area of Florida with her husband Robert, their five children and two grandchildren.
Tania Winitana, Developer
Tania is a seasoned member of the Ceiba Process Industries Team and has been involved in numerous customer projects involving Ross ERP over a 17-year period. Her work covers projects in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Tania brings process industry knowledge and insight into the areas steel production, canning, forestry, dairy and food manufacturing.
Tania is currently implementing an Available-to-Promise (ATP) module which allows sales orders to be promised against raw material availability and manufacturing capacity.
Annemarie van de Lindt, Senior Technical Business Analyst
Annemarie is a Senior technical Business Analyst with 13 years experience in implementing Ross ERP in numerous projects in Europe and in the United States. She has worked on Ross ERP, System integrations, eCommerce projects, Business Process Management (workflow) and Enterprise Performance Management projects in all industries.
She has experience with IAF/Gembase, C#, .NET, and SQL database analysis ,design, developing business requirements, specifications, user documentation, plus architectural systems research.
Annemarie joined Ceiba from CDC Software where she held a similar position.
Lance Williams, Developer
Lance has worked in operations and development for over 30 years across Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing applications in a number of companies, including the Food and Beverage, Chemical, Steel and Pharmaceutical industries. His areas of expertise include software analysis, design and development, implementation and applications testing.
Lance lives in the Havelock North, New Zealand and is married to Margaret. They have 3 adult sons.
Haven Page, Support Analyst, Managed Services
Haven works for Ceiba Solutions on the fast-paced Managed Services Team as a support analyst. He handles level 1 and 2 incidents reported by customers. With 10 years of experience in the Ross ERP software, and with most of that time as a developer in the distribution modules, he has made a great impact in solving customer issues. Haven holds a B. S. in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Calvin Smucker, Business Consultant
Calvin brings a unique blend of manufacturing and consulting experience to his work at Ceiba Solutions. He has spent most of his career in the Life Science and Food and Beverage industries in various leadership roles for manufacturing and supply chain operations. His extensive experiences also include complex project management and software implementation, business forecasting and labor agreement negotiations.
Josh Patrick, Senior Technical Consultant
Josh brings over 10 years of IT project experience to Ceiba Solutions. He has held positions ranging from software development to project management in complex areas of application integration. Besides extensive experiences with life science customers, Josh has also led IT projects in higher education, the metals and chemicals industries, and in food and beverage manufacturing.
Josh has an amazing track record of using his diverse background and in-depth technical understanding of system architecture and design to bring numerous business and IT solutions to Ceiba’s customers
Alim Buksh, Gembase Developer
Alim is a Gembase developer on Ceiba’s technology team with over 10 years experience developing customized applications, as well as implementing and understanding Financial and Distribution applications. Alim’s business expertise includes analysis, time estimation, design and development enhancements, applications testing and implementing.
Over the years, Alim has worked on financial customizations for Fiji Sugar, Nucor, Kerry Foods, Sunshine Sugar and Shire. With the client Fiji Sugar, Alim worked on implementing the Centralized Supply Chain & Procurement systems.
Alim has a BSc degree from University of the South Pacific, Fiji in Computer Science. He lives in Brisbane, Australia with his wife Sherin and two children.
Inosi Colavanua, Inosi Colavanua, Manager, Software Development Centre
Inosi manages the Ceiba Solutions Software Development Centre in Fiji. He has been recently involved in developing a prototype framework for Asthma Signals Inc. which will allow users to support integrated management of their asthma condition where lifestyle has a significant impact on outcomes. Inosi holds a B.S. Degree majoring in Mathematics and Physics from the University of the South Pacific.
Neil Whitworth, CDi Product Manager, Process Industry
Neil has been involved with the Implementation of ERP systems since 1993 giving him more than15 years experience in this industry. In that time Neil has been the Operations Manager for some very successful IT start-ups and brings to Ceiba more than a decade of experience in establishing best in practice standards and procedures as well as skills in managing diverse and disparate teams.
In addition Neil has been the Project Manager for a number of successful ERP implementations worldwide, including sites in the US, Hong Kong, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. All delivered on time and on budget.
More recently Neil has worked in the emerging SaaS solutions market, implementing a number of Internet-based Procurement sites in New Zealand and Australia, giving him practical experience in emerging technologies. This now suits him well as he manages the Ceiba Data Integrator software which customers rely on to link different appplications into a single software process. Since CDi can also be hosted over the Internet, Neil can add IaaS (Integration as a Sevice) to his expertise.
Hillary Earp, Developer
Hilary works as a support analyst, using her broad and substantial experience of ERP Finance and Distribution functions. Prior to joining Ceiba Solutions, she was a developer in CDC iRenaissance Finance team, a role built upon previous analysis, programming and support skills.
Hilary has a Degree in Psychology and Computing Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and lives in Ayrshire, Scotland.
Grant McCarthy, Senior Consultant
Grant has over 20 years experience developing and implementing customized applications for various industries, including Food and Beverage, Steel manufacturing, and Life Sciences. His main focus has been on Distribution and Manufacturing applications, with major involvement in several bar-coding system design, and implementation projects. He is currently involved in the customization of shop floor data collection software for a Shire Pharmaceuticals, and is also in a roll for supporting and writing Business Objects reports for this same company.
