Ken Rau, President, Process Industries

Ken has spent more than 15 years managing the global implementation of enterprise class software systems in a number of industries, including Life Sciences, Chemicals and Natural Products. His experience includes the management of large internationally-based, culturally-diverse project teams, which are known for consistently delivering projects on-time and under budget.

Using his multi-facetted industry knowledge and real world experience in business analytics and project management, Ken delivers projects to Ceiba Solution customers that usually exceed their expectations. Under his direction, Ceiba Solutions implemented world-class project management methodologies and software collaboration tools that provide customers with real-time visibility into their projects.

Ken lives in Albany, New York but spends a great deal of his time in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and in visiting customers around the country.

John McCullough, Vice President of Sales, Process Industries

John has more than 25 years of top level business experience in the IT industry. This includes senior leadership member and board level across many sectors for both publicly listed and private companies. His industry expertise covers manufacturing, distribution and logistics, utilities and IT services, and roles in both central and local government agencies.

Prior to joining Ceiba Solutions, John spent many years with Hewlett Packard New Zealand (HP), with his final four years as alliance manager for Independent Software Vendors. He helped expand HP’s market share with Microsoft and SAP software applications by 20 percent, which contributed $10-$15 million per annum of leveraged revenue for HP.

John now manages the process industries business for Ceiba Solutions, a role that has him making frequent personal visits from his home in Auckland, New Zealand to customer executives around the world. He mixes his years of experience with an always youthful optimism and get-it-done attitude that that customers really appreciate.

Daniel Sweeney, Vice President of Marketing, Process Industries

Dan has more than 30 years experience in the high-tech industry, with a background in software product management as well as hands-on operational experience as manufacturing manager with Digital Equipment Corporation in Puerto Rico.

He joined Ceiba Solutions in July 2008 from Hewlett Packard’s Worldwide Consulting & Integration Services business, where he served in the Corporate HP SOA Program Office. Dan was instrumental in HP’s adoption of Oracle Fusion Middleware technology in its project business, supported by a team of he managed for HP that that delivered successful projects all over the world.

Dan now leads the marketing effort for Ceiba Solutions and also serves as account manager for some of Ceiba’s major customers. He has a Master’s Degree in Education from Cleveland State University, worked as associate professor at Interamerican University in San German, Puerto Rico. He speaks Spanish and works from his office in Lancaster, Massachusetts as well as the Ceiba Solutions headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

Neil Whitworth, Vice President of Operations. Process Industries

Neil has been involved with the Implementation of ERP systems since 1993 giving him more than15 years experience in this industry. In that time Neil has been the Operations Manager for some very successful IT start-ups and brings to Ceiba more than a decade of experience in establishing best in practice standards and procedures as well as skills in managing diverse and disparate teams.

In addition Neil has been the Project Manager for a number of successful ERP implementations worldwide, including sites in the US, Hong Kong, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. All delivered on time and on budget.

More recently Neil has worked in the emerging SaaS solutions space implementing a number of e-Procurement sites in New Zealand and Australia – giving him practical experience in emerging technologies. Neil also manages the CDi software, which customers rely on to link different applications into a single software process.
